Abstract

This paper analyzes a series of the construction data of Guangzhou University Town (GUT) with the third-party judging, basing on synthetic evaluating index systems of project construction of GUT. We establish the Fuzzy Hierarchy Synthetic Evaluating model which takes into account the expert knowledge and policy investment, and apply this model to evaluate the construction enterprise of GUT. This model provides a system for evaluating manage standard and technology strength of construction enterprise, forecasting the result of construction and increasing the controlling capability of the GUT-commander. The present study provides not only offer a quantitative basis for the project-planning , but also give a referable scientific method for the evaluation of any large engineering project management in future.
