Zusammenfassung
Ein Fahrradfahrer fährt unter Beachtung der Verkehrsregeln auf dem Radweg. Plötzlich wird von einem rechts in Fahrtrichtung des Fahrradfahrers parkenden Pkw die Fahrertür geöffnet. Der davon völlig überraschte Fahrradfahrer fährt mit erheblicher Geschwindigkeit gegen die Autotür. Er stürzt und verletzt sich schwer.
