Abstract
The aim of this chapter is not to present any magic results or real miracles. One cannot read Shakespeare or Dostoyevsky in their original languages without undertaking the strenuous path of learning English and Russian. Similarly, one cannot understand computer science and marvel about its ideas and results if one has not mastered the fundamentals of its technical language.
