Abstract
Since the achievement of laser cooling, a research field of atomic physics has been rapidly developed. One of the widespread applications of atomic physics is atomic nanofabrication, where a structured array can be fabricated by means of light and magnetic forces. In this report, the past, present and future of ANF experiment with neutral indium atoms are described.
