Nichtlymphatische Tumoren des Lymphknotens

Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel werden alle nicht von Lymphozyten abgeleiteten Neoplasien, die primär im Lymphknoten auftreten, behandelt. Es sind einerseits seltene spezifische Neoplasien, wie das palisadenförmige Myofibroblastom, Neoplasien der nicht-lymphozytären Zellen des Lymphknotens, wie verschiedene Formen der malignen Histiozytosen, der Mastozytosen, der Tumoren der dendritischen Zellarten und unterschiedliche Neoplasien der Blut- und Lymphgefäße des Lymphknotens. Diese Tumoren sind zwar selten, erfordern aber wegen ihrer besonderen Ausprägung im Lymphknoten als wichtige Differenzialdiagnosen eine spezielle Beachtung.
