Zusammenfassung

Bei den Patientinnen, die sich mit einem Rezidivdeszensusgeschehen wieder vorstellen, ist zunächst zu unterscheiden, ob es sich um ein eigentliches Rezidiv der vorangegangenen Operation handelt oder ob die Patientin eine andere neu aufgetretene Senkungsproblematik schildert und diese nur als Rezidiv deutet. Dies ist insbesondere wichtig bei der Patientenführung und der Vorbereitung auf eine erneute Operation.
