Funktionsstörungen des unteren Harntraktes lassen sich nach pathophysiologisch-urodynamischen Kriterien in Speicher- und Entleerungsstörungen unterscheiden. Differenziert wird hier jeweils nach Störungen von Blasenauslass und Detrusor.
