Section 5.1 introduces the testing network, a new way to design and use networked processes for testing.
Section 5.2 examines in detail the core testing processes: test strategy elaboration, test design, test artifacts management, test runs, test results analysis, incident and problem management, compliance testing processes, and distributed testing.
Section 5.3 discussess the test support processes: document management, information channeling, and training/skills improvement.
Section 5.4 explores the test interface processes to testing: the software package build, software installation, test data management, and risk management.
