This chapter will outline the findings of a report commissioned by Amadeus, the global leader in technology and distribution solutions for the travel and tourism industry, and produced by the Henley Centre HeadlightVision (HCHLV), a strategic futures and marketing consultancy, entitled Future Traveller Tribes 2020.
