„Healthy Prisons?“ Sind „Gesunde Gefängnisse“ nicht ein Widerspruch in sich selbst? Und: erleben wir nicht im Alltagsumgang mit den Gefangenen, dass viele von ihnen von der guten gesundheitlichen Versorgung nebst haftspezifischer Regelmäßigkeiten (stabiler Tag-Nacht-Rhythmus, Essen, bessere Ansprechbarkeit für Fragen der Hygiene und Körperpflege, Sportangebote etc.) enorm profitieren, ja dass eine gesundheitliche Stabilisierung und sogar Verbesserung erreicht wird, die es draußen (lange) nicht gab (z.B. bei DrogenkonsumentInnen) und schließlich: ist das Gefängnis nicht ein Ort, wo oftmals überhaupt ein erstmaliger Kontakt mit medizinischer Hilfe (z.B. MigrantInnen) stattfindet?
