Abstract
Even if the offshoring of development and application management tasks is comparatively common these days, delivering others services within an ERP project still remains a challenge. The following article provides an overview of service offerings which are feasible to offshore and is stating requirements in terms of size and organization. It will highlight the risks, challenges and advantages of this type of delivery model.
