Abstract

Reconstructing networks of biological entities, especially proteins, is very important for understanding the biological processes and the organizational principles of the biological systems (Barabasi and Oltvai, 2004). In this chapter, we used the mean, variance and correlation analysis, self-organizing map (SOM) and hierarchical clustering for reconstructing networks.
