Abstract

Die Anhangsgebilde der Haut sind die Haarfollikel mit ihren Talgdrüsen, Mm. arrectores pilorum und apokrinen Drüsen, ekkrinen Schweißdrüsen und Nägel. Die Kenntnis der normalen mikroskopischen Anatomie wird hier vorausgesetzt, ist jedoch unabdingbar für die histopathologische Diagnostik. Die histologische Untersuchung von Biopsien der Hautadnexe hat sich bisher nur an relativ wenigen Zentren wirklich etabliert. Das bedeutet, dass die Erfahrung für eine anspruchsvolle Diagnostik oft fehlt, was wiederum dazu führt, dass eine Probeentnahme nicht selten ganz unterlassen wird.
