Die 7 Personen rund um den großen Tisch werden zunehmend lauter. Seit gut 1 h agieren sie nun schon im Rahmen eines Human-Factors-Trainings als Führungscrew der MS Antwerpen — eines alten, von allerlei Problemen geplagten Kreuzfahrtschiffes. Auch wenn es sich dabei “nur„ um eine Computersimulation handelt, haben sie sich mittlerweile mit ihrer jeweiligen Rolle (Kapitän, Erster Ingenieur, Chefsteward, Erster Offizier usw.) identifiziert und in ihre Aufgabenfelder eingearbeitet.
