Abstract

This chapter addresses the TCR expression dynamics investigation using the theoretical results developed in the previous chapters. It is focused on the qualitative and quantitative difference between the results received from the Stochastic Micro-Agent and ODE models of TCR dynamics. Particular attention is paid to the capability of comparing the model-predicted TCR distribution to available experimental data.
