Die Indikation zur prothetischen Versorgung sowohl degenerativer als auch traumatischer Schäden am Hauptgelenk der oberen Extremität wird häufiger gestellt ([7], [1], [2]). Gleichzeitig steigt auch die Zahl der Komplikationen und Revisionseingriffe.
