Abstract
In this paper, the author first introduces some relative theories of E-Learning and personal knowledge management(PKM), including the concept, content, objectives and their common ground, then puts forwards the requirements to personal knowledge management and how to use personal knowledge management tools such as iSpace Desktop, iNota, Mybase in E-Learning environment to improve personal knowledge literacy.
