Zusammenfassung

Das 3. Kapitel beinhaltet akute Bandverletzungen und chronische Bandinstabilitäten am Fuß. Von proximal nach distal werden peritalare Luxationen und Instabilitäten, ligamentäre Verletzungen und Instabilitäten der Chopart- und Lisfranc-Gelenke, metatarsophalangeale und interphalangeale Luxationen sowie die Möglichkeit der Rekonstruktion bei chronischen Instabilitäten abgehandelt. Eine Darstellung der Anatomie und Biomechanik der Gelenke wird den einzelnen Unterkapiteln vorangestellt.
