Die Anovulation als monokausaler Befund in der Sterilitätsbehandlung hat nicht nur viele differenzialdiagnostisch zu erwägende Ursachen, sondern ist meist sehr suffizient auch ohne den Einsatz assistierter Reproduktionstechniken zu behandeln. Ziel ist dabei das Erreichen einer Ovulation, sei es durch direkte Stimulation oder durch Restaurierung eines eigenen spontanen ovulatorischen Zyklus.
