Abstract
X-ray photoacoustic absorption spectra (at the Cu K-edge) of Cu-InSe2, brass and phosphor bronze have been measured using synchrotron radiation against pure Cu metal as a reference. It is shown that the information of X-ray Absorption Near Edge Structure(XA-NES) is also included in the X-ray photoacoustic absorption spectrum which reflects the heat generation process in these materials.
