Abstract
Das Gesamtspektrum vaskulärer Anomalien des Knochens und der Weichteile ist außerordentlich breit und im deutschsprachigen radiologischen Schrifttum bisher wenig differenziert behandelt. Die internationale Gesellschaft zum Studium vaskulärer Anomalien (ISSVA, International Society for the Study of Vascular Anomalies) hat eine sehr sinnvolle und besonders für die Radiologie brauchbare Klassifikation der vaskulären Anomalien entworfen (Tabelle 13.1). Diese Gesellschaft besteht zwar überwiegend aus Dermatologen, doch lassen sich die dort beschriebenen Entitäten ohne Weiteres auf nichtdermatologische Disziplinen wie z. B. Gefäßchirurgie oder Radiologie überragen.
