Abstract

Die Skelettsarkoidose ist eine granulomatöse Erkrankung des Knochenmarks und/oder der Synovialmembran im Rahmen der lymphogenen und hämatogenen Ausbreitung der Granulomatose über den ganzen Körper. Sie tritt erfahrungsgemäß nicht im Stadium I (bihiläre Adenopathie) auf, sondern erst in den Folgestadien, gelegentlich vergesellschaftet mit weiterem Organbefall, z. B. der Lymphknoten, der Leber etc.
