Abstract
This document is part of Subvolume B5 'Binary Systems. Part 5: Binary Systems Supplement 1' of Volume 19 'Thermodynamic Properties of Inorganic Materials' of Landolt-Börnstein - Group IV 'Physical Chemistry'.
It provides an overview of the thermodynamic properties and the mixing behaviour of the binary system Au-Ni (Gold - Nickel). It contains a description of the properties of Au-Ni, and calculated thermodynamic data, which is represented in figures and tables:
Fig. 1. Calculated phase diagram for the system Au-Ni.
Table I. Phases, structures and models.
Table II. Invariant reactions.
Table IIIa. Integral quantities for the liquid phase at 1820 K.
Table IIIb. Partial quantities for Au in the liquid phase at 1820 K.
Table IIIc. Partial quantities for Ni in the liquid phase at 1820 K.
Fig. 2. Integral quantities of the liquid phase at T = 1820 K.
