Abstract
Intelligent Inhabited Environments (IIE) are personal spaces such as cars, shopping malls, homes, and even our bodies that work intelligently to satisfy the users’ needs by maintaining tasks such as maximizing their comfort and safety, and minimizing energy costs. IIE embody embedded-agents that could be situated inside or outside them.
