Abstract
In the present chapter we consider operators of the form A=D + V + + V -, where D is a normal operator and V ± are Volterra (quasinilpotent compact) operators. Numerous integral, integro-differential operators and infinite matrices can be represented in such a form. We investigate the invertibility conditions and bounds for the spectra of the mentioned operators.
