Photon Correlation Techniques in Fluid Mechanics

Abstract

A new method of evaluating photon correlation spectra allowing quantitative determination of the size distribution of spherical particles has been tested successfully with calibrated DOW latex particles. This contribution demonstrates the applicability of this general method for the characterization of phospholipid bilayer vesicles.
