Abstract

Various methods of superhigh resolution spectroscopy have been elaborated for each range of electromagnetic waves. The γ – range uses Mossbauer spectroscopy, the microwave one the meth-od of separated fields, the method of accumulating bulb, and Dicke resonance. In the optical band there have been recently elaborated new methods based on the use of Doppler free nonlinear resonances. The methods based on the use of spectroscopy of saturated absorption and two-photon resonances [1] are widely used. The optical resonance widths may be decreased by increasing the time of particle-field interaction.
