Abstract
As an initiative within the IGS LEO Pilot Project a CHAMP Orbit Comparison Campaign was started in October 2001. The main objectives of this campaign were to assess the current precision levels of CHAMP POD, and to assist the IGS LEO centers in developing their POD methods, by providing external reference orbits. This paper summarizes the status of the campaign at the time of the CHAMP Science Meeting. The most recent results are maintained at the campaign web page http://nng.esoc.esa.de/gps/campaign.html.
