Activation of Normal Differentiation Genes and the Origin and Development of Myeloid Leukemia

  • Chapter
Differentiation and Neoplasia

Part of the book series: Results and Problems in Cell Differentiation ((RESULTS,volume 11))

Abstract

I would like to discuss today the approach that I have been using to try and understand the control mechanisms that regulate the growth and differentiation of normal white blood cells and the origin and development of myeloid leukemia.
