  • Schädel- und Hirn Traumen mit einem Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) von 14 oder unter 14, somit allen Patienten mit einem neurologischen Defizit oder Bewusstseinsverlust

  • Follow-up bei intubierten Patienten (max. 6 Stunden nach initialer Bildgebung)

  • sekundärer Verschlechterung
