Abstract
Confocal laser endomicroscopy (CLE) is a valuable new technique for obtaining in vivo, real-time histology. As with any new endoscopic technique, training and practice are required for mastery. The specifics of the confocal endomicroscope are described in ▸ Chap. 4 (⊡ Fig. 4.1).
