Zusammenfassung
Bei der akuten Cholangitis handelt es sich um eine meist bakterielle Entzündung der Gallengänge, die der Antibiotikatherapie sowie der Dekompression der Gallenwege bedarf. Die Papillenstenose ist eine benigne, organische, nichtneoplastische Verengung der Papille. Sie wird heute zusammen mit der Papillendyskinesie zum Begriff der Papillendysfunktion zusammengefasst. Unter intrahepatischer Cholangiolithiasis (intrahepatische Lithiasis, Hepatolithiasis) versteht man das Vorhandensein von Gallensteinen in den Gallengängen oberhalb der Gabelung vom linken und rechten Ductus hepaticus (auch wenn diese Gabelung extrahepatisch liegt).
