Zusammenfassung

Die obere gastrointestinale Blutung stellt nach wie vor eine klinische und ökonomische Herausforderung dar. Zunehmende Komorbidität, die Einnahme von nichtsteroidalen Antirheumatika und Antikoagulanzien führen zu vermehrten Blutungen und einer signifikanten Erhöhung des Blutungsrisikos.
