Abstract

It is possible to enjoy the quality of service related informations of a single node or a link between two nodes, which is understandable for the technical people only. Yet, there is no zone-based quality of service in the Global Internet which is understandable for both the technical and non-technical people. Zone is used as an autonomous systems (AS) in this document. To fulfill this requirement, this paper approached a new model called Ryuki Model to produce quality of services for the zone on the Internet.
