“ARIS in BT” explains BT’s reasons for choosing ARIS, their pilot plan, their implementation and roll out into different business units. It highlights the aspects involved in mapping business processes and the benefits of implementing ARIS. There are hints on how to make the most of ARIS, including creating guide sheets, developing process model standards and tips on how to use ARIS effectively. Additional ARIS features such as the application of web publisher and the use of balanced scorecard are also illustrated.
