Fachlich gestaltete Gespräche mit Kindern im Kinderschutz: Ein Forschungsüberblick

Zusammenfassung

Obwohl empirische Forschung zu den Wertestrukturen von Fachkräften aus der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe sowie der Familiengerichtsbarkeit aussteht, kann doch davon ausgegangen werden, dass sich die Fachkräfte innerlich in aller Regel dem Wohlergehen derjenigen Kinder und Jugendlichen verpflichtet fühlen, die ihnen zusammen mit den Eltern in ihrer Berufsrolle begegnen. Fälle einer möglichen oder belegten Kindeswohlgefährdung mobilisieren dabei häufig ein hohes Maß an Engagement und innerer Beteiligung, bis hin zu unerwünschten emotionalen und gesundheitlichen Folgen für einen Teil der Fachkräfte (z. B. Anderson 2000; Kim u. a. 2011).
