Zusammenfassung
Dieser Beitrag befasst sich mit einer Eigenschaft von sozialen Netzwerken: der Stärke von Beziehungen. Er untersucht die Definitionen von Stärkegraden und diskutiert die Auswirkungen der Bestimmung von Beziehungsstärken auf die Interpretation von Netzwerkstrukturen und der Funktion einzelner Elemente innerhalb eines Netzwerkes. Die Soziale Netzwerkanalyse verwendet mit Hinsicht auf die Tragfähigkeit oder Qualität von Beziehungen die Begriffe „starke Beziehungen“, „schwache Beziehungen“ und „abwesende Beziehungen“ (bzw. „nicht vorhandene Beziehungen“).
