Zusammenfassung
Nach der knapp rekonstruierten Disziplingeschichte der Arbeits- und Organisationssoziologie wird im Weiteren der prozesstheoretische Ansatz empirischtheoretischer Forschungen dargestellt, indem die Grundzüge prozesstheoretisch verfahrender Studien betrachtet werden. Zunächst wird dazu in das Verständnis qualitativer und prozessorientierter sowie partiell quantitativer Methodenzugriffe im Methodenmix eingeführt, bevor in Kapitel 5 die empirische Basis der Prozesstheorie näher betrachtet wird.
