Zusammenfassung
Zugegeben: Das Thema ist etwas störrisch formuliert. Aber eine „Familienmetapher“ für die Beziehung zwischen diesen drei psychologischen Ansätzen zu wählen, die sich alle auf den sozio-kulturellen Kontext beziehen, ist naheliegend und auch nicht neu. So sprechen z.B. Kim und Berry in ihrer Einleitung zu ihrem Buch „Indigenous Psychologies“ (1993) von der kulturvergleichenden Psychologie als dem „engsten Geschwister“ und der Kulturanthropologie als dem „nahesten Cousin“ der indigenen Psychologien. In diesen Vergleich beziehen sie zwar die Kulturpsychologie nicht ein, sehr wohl aber die Kulturanthropologie. Mein Ziel ist es, die Beziehung der drei kulturbasierten Ansätze in der Psychologie, der kulturvergleichenden Psychologie, der Kulturpsychologie und der indigenen Psychologien aus meiner Sicht zu diskutieren.
