Auszug
Trotz der vielfältigen verwaltungswissenschaftlichen Literatur zur Verwaltungsmodernisierung der 1990er Jahre ist wenig darüber bekannt, wie Organisationen der Kommunalverwaltung das ‚Neue Steuerungsmodell’ aufgreifen bzw. aufgegriffen haben, da Modell und Reformen unter anderen Perspektiven und mit anderen Forschungsfragen in den Blick genommen werden. Auch die Organisationsforschung kann relativ wenig zu organisationsinternen Prozessen des Aufgreifens von Organisationsmodellen beitragen (vgl. Van de Veen/Hargrave 2004). Daher wird im Folgenden ein theoretisches Konzept des Aufgreifens von Organisationsmodellen durch Organisationen entwickelt.
