Politische und gesellschaftliche Partizipation ist ein interdisziplinäres Querschnittsthema. Als solches sollte es auch in der grundständigen Lehre disziplinübergreifend stärker verankert sein. Ziel des geplanten Bandes ist daher, ein für die politikwissenschaftliche, als auch für die sozialwissenschaftliche und pädagogische Diskussion und Lehre anschlussfähiges Einführungs- und Lehrbuch entstehen zu lassen, das Instrumente politischer und gesellschaftlicher Diskussion beispielhaft vorstellt und reflektiert im Hinblick auf ihre Anlage und ihr Wirkungspotential im Hinblick auf neue Konzepte von Demokratie und Gesellschaft.
