Moralentwicklung von Kindern und Jugendlichen

In diesem Beitrag möchte ich zunächst eine historische Reflexion auf das Thema der Moralentwicklung vornehmen und dann gegenwärtige Positionen und Fragestellungen anhand meiner eigenen Forschungen zum Thema Moralentwicklung aufzeigen. Ich werde dabei die Beziehung zwischen Kognition und Emotion diskutieren und eine handlungstheoretische Rekonzeptualisierung von Kohlbergs Theorie darstellen, in der Kognition und Emotion berücksichtigt sind, und diese Theorie anhand von kulturvergleichenden Längsschnitt- und Querschnittuntersuchungen empirisch belegen. Schließlich skizziere ich die Bedingungen des moralischen Lernens in unterschiedlichen sozialen Kontexten.

Diese Forschungen sind in Kooperation mit Wolfgang Edelstein, Max-Planck-Institut für Bildungsforschung, und Fang, Fu-xi und Fang, Ge, Chinesische Akademie der Wissenschaften, Peking entstanden.
