Zusammenfassung

Ein motivationaler Veränderungsprozess im Kontext der ambulanten Suchthilfe wird dargestellt. Die psychodramatische Vorgehensweise wird anhand eines Fallbeispiels unter Anwendung des Sozialen Atoms demonstriert. Die Wirksamkeit des psychodramatischen Handelns und Voraussetzungen für Veränderung menschlichen Verhaltens werden unter Einbeziehung des Modells von Spontaneität und Kreativität beschrieben.

Abstract

A process of motivational change is presented in context of outpatient addiction treatment. The psychodramatic procedure is demonstrated on the basis of a case study by using the social atom. The effectiveness of psychodramatic acting and conditions for change of human behavior are described including the concept of spontaneity and creativity.
