Zusammenfassung

Jede Organisation legt heute Wert darauf, ein Logo, ein Erkennungszeichen zu besitzen. Wer das Logo sieht, soll sofort wissen, wer gemeint ist, welche Botschaft verkündet wird. In der Regel soll ein positiver Eindruck vermittelt werden. Logos sind keine Erfi ndung unserer Zeit. Manche werden schon seit Tausenden von Jahren benutzt. Als Beispiel wird das Feldzeichen (vexillum) mit dem Kreuzzeichen genannt, das Kaiser Konstantin geholfen haben soll, 325 n. Chr. die Schlacht an der Milvischen Brücke zu gewinnen.
