Interne Renten und marktorientierte Strukturanpassung in Entwicklungsländern

Zusammenfassung

In der bisherigen, durch die Dependenzansätze beherrschten entwicklungspolitischen Diskussion wurde das Problem der innerhalb der Entwicklungsländer erzeugten und verteilten Renten eher zugunsten der internationalen Rente vernachlässigt, ein Reflex der Tatsache, daß Entwicklungsblockaden vornehmlich in den Wirkkräften der Außenwirtschaftsbeziehungen dieser Länder gesehen wurden. Umgekehrt haben Autoren, die auf dem Boden der klassischen Volkswirtschaftlehre stehend, Renten als Faktoreinkommen bezeichnen, die die Opportunitätskosten übersteigen (also alle staatlich administrierten Preisverzerrungen), internationale Renten (im Sinne internationaler Grund- und Differentialrenten) weitgehend ignoriert oder allenfalls stillschweigend vorausgesetzt.
