Zusammenfassung
Gegenstand einer Theorie der Unternehmung ist „die Unternehmung“. Wir beginnen jedoch nicht mit einer abstrakten Definition der Unternehmungl, sondern leiten den Begriff aus der „Visitenkarte“ der Unternehmung ab. Die Visitenkarte ist die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung.
