Zusammenfassung
In der US-amerikanischen Fachliteratur wird das Aufgabenfeld Betriebsabrechnung in der Regel unter dem Oberbegriff Cost Allocation behandelt1. Im weiteren Sinne und zunächst noch sehr undifferenziert subsumiert die Literatur unter Cost Allocation jede Zuordnung von Kosten zu Bezugsobjekten 2. Unter Differenzierung nach verschiedenen Bezugsobjekten und Sachverhalten werden allerdings mehrere Begriffe gebraucht. Daher ist zunächst die Schaffung terminologischer Klarheit geboten.
