Zusammenfassung
Die Staatsführung des Sudan (S.) feierte am 30.6. den fünften Jahrestag der sogenannten Rettungsrevolution (thaurat al-inqadh) islamistischer Prägung in einem Kontext fortgesetzten institutionellen Wandels, forcierter Islamisierung, sich akzentuierender innenpolitischer Opposition, anhaltender außenpolitischer Isolation, wirtschaftlicher Instabilität und eines weiterhin kräfteabsorbierenden Südsudankonfliktes ohne Perspektiven einer Beendigung.
