Zusammenfassung
Wir haben gesehen, in welcher Hinsicht traditionelle literaturhistoriogra-phische Ansätze aus systemtheoretisch-kommunikationsorientierter Optik zu kurz greifen. Die Leistungsfähigkeit des systemtheoretischen Ansatzes wurde jedoch noch nicht auf die Probe gestellt. Dies soll im folgenden geschehen, indem das systemtheoretische Konzept von Textverstehen auf Heines Goethe-Rezeption in der Romantischen Schule (1835) und der Denkschrift über Ludwig Börne (1840) angesetzt wird. Auf diese Weise kann konkret und textnah demonstriert werden, welche neuen Perspektiven die Systemtheorie der Analyse historischer Kommunikationen eröffnet.
