Zusammenfassung

Der Titel mag überraschen, da Forschung als eine wahrheitsgetreue Abbildung des „wirklichen“ Lebens gilt — doch kann persönliche Erfahrung natürlich niemals genau in Worte übersetzt werden, weder von Forschern noch von Erzählern1. Nach dieser rhetorischen Vorwegnahme werde ich nicht das vorstellen, wie ich das Thema heute — dank oder trotz Forschung — sehe/wahrnehme, sondern was ich im Laufe der Jahre über bikulturelle Familien erfahren habe.
